A real gamble! Great white grapes grown in Umbria to give a fresh and very drinkable wine, to be offered a few months after the harvest. Thanks to the characteristics and organoleptic qualities of the blend (Pinot Blanc, Tocai and Sauvignon) we obtain a wine that goes perfectly with hors d'oeuvres, pasta with white sauces, vegetarian dishes and lean fish.
