On the hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno, red grapes have been cultivated for centuries, which faded into other wines as they were not vinified locally. For several decades, with commitment and sacrifice, the Company has been committed to the cultivation of the native grape variety par excellence: Sangiovese (Sangioveto). This grape, alone or in blends, finds in this area a favourable microclimate for the production of a red wine for elevation.
