The Winery has always offered its customers this particular product, the Rosato IGT Umbria, which represents a way of conceiving wine in an elegant manner, independent of fashion, to accompany food in the right way. The selected clones of Sangiovese and Ciliegiolo, planted in modern vineyards with the right density, after suitable green pruning, start to ripen with balance and complexity that we find in the finished product.
